MEDITATION
Meditation is unique and personal. There is no wrong or right way, only your way. The way that works for you.
That being said, the basics tend to be consistent from one philosophy to the next. I teach the basic principles, with a nudge of confidence and permission to be free. To be perfectly imperfect!
For those with a solid meditation practice, I guide you into a deeper meditation journey teaching you to differentiate between ego and truth, and opening to insights and visions.
My practice is founded in Buddhism, and powered by my interest and learning in worldly religions, spirituality, and quantum physics. Over the last 15 years, I have built up my daily practice to sit for 30-60 minutes. Throughout the day, I rely on “trigger-meditations” to amp up my mindfulness.
I offer individual & group meditation sessions, both private and corporate.
