​These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hayleyevans.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Hayley Evans,  ("I", "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging any of our services, you ("you," the "User," or the "Client") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, booking a session, subscribing to any service, or engaging in any other transaction with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

2. Intellectual Property and Site Materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials therein, including, without limitation, the Inspire Epic Change logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Site Materials") are the property of Hayley Evans and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

The Inspire Epic Change logo and other Hayley Evans trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Site are trade names, trademarks, or registered trademarks of Hayley Evans (collectively, "Hayley Evans Marks"). Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners (collectively, "Third Party Marks"). The Hayley Evans Marks and Third-Party Marks may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Hayley Evans or the applicable trademark holder.

The Site and its Content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, international treaties, state and federal laws, and other proprietary rights, and may also have security components that protect digital information only as authorized by Hayley Evans or the owner of the Content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. User License

Subject to these Terms, Hayley Evans grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the Site for personal use only in accordance with these Terms ("User License"). Any use of the Site in any other manner, including, without limitation, resale, transfer, modification, or distribution of the Site or the text, images, music, video, data, hyperlinks, displays, and other content associated with the Site ("Content") is prohibited.

Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring in any manner, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any title or ownership of, or exclusive use-rights to, any intellectual property or other right, and any goodwill associated therewith. These Terms and the User License also govern any updates to, or supplements or replacements for, the Site, unless separate terms accompany such updates, supplements, or replacements, in which case the separate terms will apply.

Written material, essays, and reflections published on the Site are offered for personal reading. If you wish to share, please share by linking to the original page rather than copying the text. If you wish to quote from a published piece in your own work, please cite the piece with attribution to Hayley Evans and a link to the original page.

4. Nature of Services

Hayley Evans offers spiritual and pastoral guidance through one-on-one sessions, group courses, written and audio materials, and related offerings. These services draw from more than fifteen years of contemplative practice, training across multiple wisdom traditions, and direct experience walking with individuals through significant life transitions.

Our services are offered as spiritual guidance and personal mentorship. They are not, and should not be understood as, medical care, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any professional service that requires a licensed provider.

5. Sessions and Offerings

Currently offered services include:

• 1:1 Private Sessions — offered at four cadences (Single, Monthly, Twice-Monthly, Weekly), each approximately 60 minutes, held over video

• Just a Text Away — a monthly text-based support membership

• Master Series — packaged intensive short-courses (Clarity, Courage, Connection, Integrity, and Create)

• Self-Powered E-Guides — downloadable written materials

• Guided Meditations — audio resources

 

The specific terms, prices, and formats of each offering are described on the Site and may be updated from time to time. Booking any service constitutes agreement with the terms of that service as described on the Site at the time of booking.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions and other services are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Accepted payment methods are those made available on the Site or through our booking platform at the time of your transaction.

For Just a Text Away, payment is made monthly and is not automatically recurring. Continued membership requires payment each month.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give more than two hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled within two hours of the scheduled time are charged in full, as that time has been held for you.

8. Refunds

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions from a multi-session package may be refunded, pro-rated for sessions already delivered, within thirty (30) days of purchase. E-Guides and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Just a Text Away membership is non-refundable for the month in which payment has been made; you may discontinue future months at any time.

Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances may be considered at Hayley Evans's sole discretion.

9. Confidentiality

What you share with Hayley Evans in the course of a session is treated as confidential. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to third parties without your explicit permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

In turn, you agree not to record any session (by audio, video, or transcript), or publicly identify Hayley Evans in any manner that discloses the confidential content of your sessions, without prior written permission.

10. Medical and Professional Disclaimer

THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

The information contained on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and other material, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. No material on the Site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor for professional mental health care, legal counsel, or financial advisory services.

Our services are offered as spiritual guidance and personal mentorship. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hayley Evans, or her agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any services offered.

The total liability of Hayley Evans for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that you are engaging our services voluntarily, of your own free will, and are solely responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take in your own life, whether informed by these services or otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, United States.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

Hayley Evans reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or engagement of services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
